01. How do I contact you?

02. What are your hours of delivery operation?

We deliver every day from 8:00am – 6:00pm. We are also available to arrange Special delivery hours at an extra Fee.

03. Can I get delivery today?

Yes. We offer same day delivery on orders placed before 4 pm Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays. Though we always strive for same-day delivery, orders received after 4 pm may be delivered on the following day only after we have made every effort to provide same day delivery.

04. What days and hours are you open?

We are open from Monday through Friday from 8 am – 6 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am – 3 pm. However, our customer service representatives are available to respond to your queries at any time of the day or Night.

05. Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes. is a safe and secure site.

We are committed to protecting your privacy & will only use the information that we collect in accordance with data protection laws. Further information on how we collect, secure, and use the information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

06. I am unable to order online, what should I do?

If you experience problems placing your order on our website, please contact us directly and we’ll happily take your order over the phone.

07. Can I include a personal message with my flowers?

Yes! You will be prompted to write a card message during checkout. Your message will be hand-written on a stylish card and delivered along with your fresh flowers & gifts.

08. Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. The recipient of your gift only receives the information you provide in the card message field.

If the card message doesn’t include your name, the recipient will have no way of knowing you sent the flowers. If they request information on who sent the order, we will ask for your permission before divulging any information.

09. Can I place an order for delivery outside Nairobi?

We would be happy to help you send flowers outside Nairobi. Any Local Town all across Kenya. Either Nyeri, Eldoret, Embu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Naivasha, Isiolo or Kisumu. Please contact us on phone or WhatsApp (+254 722 616 008) for assistance with placing your order.

10. Can I Choose a future/different delivery date?

Yes, you can. You will have the option to select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

FAQ 11. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please note that we are unable to cancel or change any orders that have been delivered or are en route to delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us directly on phone or WhatsApp (+254 722 616 008) for assistance.

We do not accept cancellations or change requests via email.

12. Will you deliver the arrangement exactly as it is shown in the photo?

When you order flowers, they are arranged as close as possible to the picture. However, each bouquet is handmade and no two arrangements are exactly alike.
Some flowers may not always be available. We may substitute them with flowers of similar color, appearance & value. We also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases & containers with ones similar in shape, color, value, and style.

Our expert florists are available to discuss any special design or product requests. Please contact us and we’ll be glad to assist you with your special request.

13. How long will my flowers last?

Our bouquets have an average freshness period of at least 5 days. Some flowers however last much longer than this. Lilies for example will last upwards of 10 days.

14. Can I add extras with my flowers?

Yes! You can send accompaniments such as chocolates, teddy bears, drinks, balloons, and more. When you’ve chosen your flower arrangement, you can add extra items during the order process.

15. Do you deliver flowers in a vase?

Yes. Our vase arrangements are delivered in vases by default. You can also request for your bouquet to be delivered in a vase.

16. Can I design my gift with particular color & flower content?

Absolutely. One of the most enjoyable ways to create a new bouquet is through custom arrangements with our clients. This allows us to create bespoke arrangements that are specific to your requirements.
Once you have placed your order, we will create and deliver your gift with the care and attention it deserves.
